You can use our e-services for communication and treatment anywhere, anytime.
Maisa Portal (opens in new window, links to another website)
In the Maisa portal, you can review your booked appointments, check your examination results, and read summaries of your appointments. Via Maisa, you can also communicate with the professionals at your treatment unit.
Laboratory appointment booking (opens in new window, links to another website)
You can make a laboratory appointment online. When booking, you will receive instructions on canceling or rescheduling your booked appointment.
Give us feedback
You can give us feedback on your treatment and our activities in general. Your feedback is important to us as it helps us develop our services.
Health Village's My Path (opens in new window, links to another website)
On My Path in the Health Village online service, you will find the digital pathways enabled for you in healthcare or social welfare, as well as the self-care programs open for all. On My Path, your health information and personal care instructions are always at your disposal.
Omaolo (opens in new window, links to another website)
Omaolo provides an assessment of the need and urgency of treatment. It will give you evidence-based instructions on self-care, or instructions on contacting a healthcare provider. Omaolo is a national online service produced by DigiFinland.
MyKanta (opens in new window, links to another website)
MyKanta is a nationwide online service where you can view your health data 24/7. Gradually, MyKanta will also show your social welfare services client data. The service is produced by Kela.
Online services related to patients’ rights
Online, you can report a patient safety event; file a notice of injury, an objection, a complaint, or a claim for compensation; or request your patient records.
Health information form for colorectal cancer screening (opens in new window, links to another website)
When you have received an invitation for colorectal cancer screening, you can use this form to enter your health information for the screening.
Remote appointments (opens in new window, links to another website)
We will inform you if your appointment will be a remote appointment. You will receive instructions with the appointment letter. We hold remote appointments in Maisa or in My Path in Health Village. We also use Microsoft Teams in certain situations and for group appointments.
Health Village hubs (opens in new window, links to another website)
The Health Village hubs provide information and support for people who want to look after their own or a loved one’s well-being. The hubs have been developed in collaboration with Finnish university hospitals.

By consenting to biobank research, you will have the opportunity to be a part of science and contribute to the development of new treatments.

MyHealth is an online service where you can send us information about your health, functional capacity, and quality of life before and after your treatment.
