At the Tullinpuomi laboratory we serve customers with booked appointments, but we also have a take-a-number queue system. We recommend booking an appointment. On weekends we are open mainly by appointment.
If you have a booked appointment, register at the unit’s self-registration kiosk.
Our laboratory is also open on Saturdays.
We have a return machine where you can deposit the most common kinds of samples taken at home.
For urgent sampling, you do not need to book an appointment. You may also pick up and return sample containers without booking an appointment.
Sampling for children on weekdays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We accept referrals from private physicians.
There are not any parking spaces at Tullinpuomi Laboratory.
There is a lunch restaurant and a cafe in the same building as the laboratory.
Whooping cough and corona sampling
We take whooping cough and corona samples on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Please be in contact with your health center before arriving for sampling, because you need a referral for sampling.
Please note that you must wear a face mask when you come for sampling. If necessary, you can find the mask in the entrance hall next to registration.
Use the D button to take a number from the shift number machine and wait for your turn in lobby 1. Also children coming for a whooping cough test wait for their turn in lobby 1.

You can book a laboratory appointment online. You always need a referral for laboratory tests.
