In speech therapy for children at the Surgical Hospital’s Hearing Center for children, we examine and assess the speech and language development of hearing-impaired children. A speech therapist’s assessment requires a referral from a physician.

We treat ear, nose and throat disease patients of all ages in Surgery and Anesthesia Unit for Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases in Surgical Hospital.

In the Surgical Hospital X-ray unit, we conduct imaging examinations by appointment.

Tauno Palva Temporal Bone Laboratory serves as a microsurgery training center for specializing physicians and specialists in ear, nose and throat diseases at the Surgical Hospital.

Ward K6 is a 24/7 inpatient care ward at the Ear, Nose and Throat Diseases unit in Surgical Hospital.
