IPS Job Coaching
Keywords:Find a meaningful job! Work and support through IPS job coaching
We all have the right to a job and an income.
Mental ill health is no obstacle to this. A meaningful and appropriately challenging job supports your well-being and rehabilitation.
The IPS model is a supported employment model that promotes participation in working life among people with mental ill health. The goal is to find paid work for you on the open labour market.
Through IPS job coaching, we aim to find a job that corresponds to your skills, resources and interests. At the same time, we respond to employers' recruitment needs by offering skilled and motivated employees.
As a job seeker, you receive support from your IPS Employment Specialist and your psychiatric care contact. As a result, you receive individually tailored support that continues even during employment.
The IPS model is based on research and evidence. International research shows that the IPS service provides two to three times better results than equivalent services.
