Our life cycle management services for medical devices include device registrations and connection for statutory monitoring, safety measurements prior to clinical use, scheduled maintenance, updates and fault repairs, and telephone support for users and support for customers in planning operations and investment decisions.
Our services also include determining the maintenance requirements when planning procurement, ensuring support and maintenance services for equipment and systems throughout their life cycle, drawing up servicing and maintenance contracts, and measuring the service provided by the maintenance providers as well as negotiating on improvements to such services.
We rent medical devices to our customers as a comprehensive service including equipment purchase, scheduled maintenance, repairs, removal and storage.
Our photography and video services are especially patient photography, but also portrait and group photography. In addition, we perform photography and make videos for purposes of communication. Teaching, training and demonstration videos are made in our video studio. We always plan and shoot videos in cooperation with the customer.
In medical technology, we have know-how on technological innovations that can be utilized in redesigning operations and in renovation or construction projects. We also help design technologies and provide support for commissioning the technologies. We cooperate nationally and internationally on development projects, strive to influence norms and standards and provide training on any new norms.
If necessary, we provide project management services for coordinating the self-manufacture of medical devices.
